My Dallas Criminal Lawyer is proud to announce that Kimberly B. Palmer has joined our team. Palmer brings extensive trial and leadership experience, with over a decade of legal practice spanning criminal, environmental, and administrative law, as well as complex litigation.
Most recently, Palmer served as a parole attorney, advocating for individuals incarcerated in Texas prisons and representing them during parole hearings. With her addition, My Dallas Criminal Lawyer is expanding its services to include dedicated parole advocacy within our criminal defense practice.
Palmer previously spent more than eight years as a prosecutor with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office—one of the largest DA offices in the nation—where she tried or negotiated thousands of felony cases, including Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Manufacturing/Delivery of Controlled Substances. Before that, she prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases as a Deputy District Attorney in the Adams County District Attorney’s Office in Brighton, Colorado.
She also brings valuable federal experience from her role as Regional Criminal Enforcement Counsel for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Regional Counsel. In that position, she advised agency personnel on policy, regulatory, and administrative matters involving the criminal enforcement of environmental laws, and collaborated with civil litigation teams to pursue actions against significant environmental violators nationwide.
“Kimberly is a talented lawyer with exceptional experience across a wide range of complex criminal matters,” said Justin Wilson, Senior Attorney and Founder. “We are excited to welcome her to the team.”
