Before starting the firm, I served as a prosecutor in the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. What a Nondisclosure Does
A nondisclosure is a way of sealing a record from public view in the future. So the question is, is my DWI going to be eligible?
The Three Requirements
First, it has to be your first time being on any sort of supervised probation. Second, your DWI cannot involve a crash that includes another person. Third, the case has to be resolved as a Class B misdemeanor DWI.
